The Luxury Store Assistant is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by providing personalized service, product expertise, and brand representation. This role supports the store in maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while upholding the prestige of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner, reflecting the brand's luxury image.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
2. Store Operations
Assist in receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and alert management on low stock or fast-moving items.
Ensure cleanliness in store is maintained.
Key Skills & Competencies
Exceptional Communication Skills
- fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Customer-Centric Approach
- ability to anticipate and fulfill luxury customer needs.

- ability to resolve client concerns promptly and tactfully.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1
-3 years
of experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury service industry.
Experience with high-value merchandise and clientele preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
