Handle the receipt and issuance of gauges, tools, and other store items.
Ensure proper documentation and verification during material receipt and dispatch.
Raising Purchase Requisitions (PR):
Initiate PRs for required items in the ERP system, ensuring timely procurement.
ERP Data Management:
Create and maintain item masters in the ERP system.
Process cancellations or corrections of issued items in the ERP as required.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory records accurately.
Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Drawing and Gauge Familiarity (Optional):
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and gauges is an added advantage for handling precision tools and equipment.
Compliance and Housekeeping:
Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
