Receive, inspect, and store school supplies, stationery, uniforms, equipment, and other materials.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing stock.
Ensure timely issuance of materials to teachers, staff, and departments as per requisitions.
Assist in periodic stock-taking, audits, and reporting of store inventory.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Incharge/Admin Officer about reordering requirements.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Assist with disposal of damaged or obsolete items following school guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required.
Coordinate with vendors and support the procurement process under supervision.
Support in maintaining accurate documentation and filing of store-related records.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in store management, preferably in an educational institution, will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
