Job Summary:

Raw Material Store Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability and proper

management of raw materials essential for our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the receiving process, including unloading, inspection, and quality checks of incoming

raw materials. Ensure compliance with specifications and documentation.


Manage the storage of raw materials in a safe and organized manner. Implement efficient

inventory control procedures, including tracking, labelling, and proper stacking.


Enforce a strict first-in, first-out (FIFO) system and other relevant stock rotation methods to

minimize waste and spoilage.


Coordinate the timely issuance of raw materials to production departments based on

production schedules and requisitions. Maintain accurate records of material usage.


Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that stored raw materials meet quality

standards.


Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitor performance, and resolve

any discrepancies or issues related to orders and deliveries.


Ensure a safe working environment in the store area and adherence to safety protocols. Comply

with relevant regulations and standards governing raw material storage.


Generate regular reports on raw material inventory levels, consumption, and trends. Provide

insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualification & Experience:


Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).


Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in raw material management, preferably in a

manufacturing.


Strong knowledge of raw materials used in manufacturing processes.


Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.


Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,137.93 - ₹45,632.65 per month
