Inventory Management & Control

GRN (Goods Receipt Note):

Oversee and ensure the accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of all incoming raw materials and finished goods, generating precise Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system.

5S Implementation:

Ensure strict adherence to the

5S

system (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the storage areas and warehouse to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (EHS) policies and procedures within the stores area.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records for all inventory transactions, shipments, and internal material movements, ensuring all documentation is ready for internal/external audits.

MRN (Material Requisition Note):

Manage the timely and accurate issuance of materials to the production department against approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN), ensuring proper documentation and system entries.

Inventory Methodologies:

Implement and enforce inventory control methodologies, specifically

FIFO

(First-In, First-Out) and potentially

LIFO

(Last-In, First-Out) if applicable to the company's accounting practices, to avoid material obsolescence and wastage.

Stock Accuracy:

Conduct regular cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventory audits to ensure high levels of stock accuracy and investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Stock Level Monitoring:

Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
