Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and editing.
Ensure office areas are kept tidy and organized.
Help with travel arrangements, staff events, or other administrative support as required.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
