: Resort Store Assistant

Position Overview:
As a Store Assistant in a resort setting, your primary responsibility is to support the efficient and smooth operation of the resort's retail store. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for guests. This position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries. Monitor and maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking as needed. Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the store manager.

Visual Merchandising:

Assist in creating visually appealing displays to showcase products effectively. Ensure that the store layout is organized and aesthetically pleasing. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional displays.

Store Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure that the store is well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including store associates, supervisors, and management. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment. Collaborate with resort staff to provide seamless guest experiences.

Compliance and Security:

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Monitor and report any suspicious activities or theft. Assist in implementing loss prevention measures.
Qualifications:

Previous retail experience is preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems. Basic knowledge of inventory management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise.

Pay: ₹10,656.57 - ₹21,977.91 per month
