Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Store Assistant to manage both in-store and online sales operations. The role involves assisting customers, handling online orders, maintaining stock, and supporting daily store activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Offline (In-Store Operations):

Welcome customers and assist them with product selection Provide accurate information on fabric, design, pricing, and care instructions Maintain clean and organized product displays Support billing, cash handling, and routine store activities

Online Operations:

Manage customer inquiries and orders through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online platforms Communicate order availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers Pack products carefully to ensure quality and presentation Coordinate courier dispatch and track order status Assist with stock verification for both online and offline sales
Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication skills in Malayalam; basic English proficiency preferred Basic computer knowledge including billing systems, order tracking, and data entry Ability to use smartphones and social media applications effectively Interest in clothing, sarees, or the fashion industry Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented approach to work Prior experience in retail or online order handling is an added advantage but not mandatory
