Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock Management
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock (raw materials, packaging items, beverages, essentials, etc.).
Update daily stock records and maintain accurate inventory logs.
Assist in issuing materials to the kitchen and service departments based on requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess to the Store Keeper/Manager.
Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO) to avoid spoilage and wastage.
Storage & Organisation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
Check expiry dates, damages, and quality of stored items regularly.
Coordination & Documentation
Assist in preparing daily stock reports, GRNs, and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen, and cafe teams for smooth operations.
Follow store department SOPs and maintain confidentiality in pricing and stock data.
Requirements
Experience in store/inventory handling (preferably in a restaurant, cafe, or food industry).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move stock items when required.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
