About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Store Assistant for our farm outlet. The role covers customer service, hygiene, billing, product display, order coordination, and event support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers.
Offer tastings and explain product benefits.
Take customer orders (in-person/phone).
Send orders to the farm for processing.
Coordinate and arrange deliveries to customers.
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Handle billing, UPI/cash transactions & daily sales logs.
Restock shelves and manage attractive product displays.
Support farm promotions at the store, stalls, and events.
Receive stock, verify quality & report low inventory.
Coordinate social media activities as and when required.
We're looking for a person that has the following qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in retail/customer service/store operations.
Polite, friendly, customer-oriented behaviour.
Good communication in Malayalam; English is an advantage.
Honest, punctual, reliable and well-groomed.
Basic maths and record-keeping ability.
Ability to stand for long hours and manage physical tasks.
