Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the store/warehouse related to

facade and cladding materials

(e.g., aluminum panels, glass systems, brackets, fixings, insulation, etc.) Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records using [mention software if any, e.g., ERP, SAP]. Coordinate material dispatch to project sites in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and project management teams. Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff. Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the store area. Prepare periodic reports on stock status and store activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Store Manager, preferably in the

facade or construction materials

industry. Strong knowledge of

facade systems and cladding materials

is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lead a small team and manage workloads effectively. Good communication and reporting skills.
