We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Store Assistant
to support day-to-day store operations in our pharmaceutical warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, receive and dispatch pharmaceutical products, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming pharmaceutical products.
Ensure all products are stored in accordance with
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
and
GDP (Good Distribution Practices)
.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to standard procedures.
Monitor stock levels and notify the Store Manager of low stock or discrepancies.
Label and arrange products with correct batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates.
Ensure
FEFO (First Expiry, First Out)
or
FIFO (First In, First Out)
methods are followed.
Support in conducting regular physical stock counts and audits.
Ensure storage conditions meet temperature and humidity standards.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the storage area.
Coordinate with procurement, QA, production, and dispatch teams.
Requirements:
Education:
Diploma in Pharmacy / Diploma in Pharmacy Assistant.
Experience:
0-3 years in a similar store/warehouse role in a pharmaceutical or healthcare firm.
Attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency
Good communication and teamwork
Physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks
