Graduate or Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations ( In healthcare or hospital environment).
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, consumables, and equipment as per purchase orders.
Ensure proper documentation of receipts, issues, and stock transfers in the store management system.
Maintain adequate stock levels of medical and non-medical items to meet departmental needs.
Store items in an organized manner, ensuring proper labeling, batch tracking, and expiry monitoring.
Issue materials to departments based on authorized indents or requisitions.
Maintain updated inventory records, stock registers, and electronic databases (ERP/HMS).
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for supplier invoices, returns, and replacements.
Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing reports on stock movement, consumption trends, and slow-moving items.
Support in vendor coordination and logistics arrangements when required.
Dispose of expired, damaged, or obsolete items as per hospital policy.
