3-4 years of experience managing or working in luxury home decor, fashion, or
luxury brand stores
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to engage high-end clients and close sales through relationship
building and personalized service
A passion for design, luxury, and client experience
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
Gurgaon-based, with full-time availability for an on-site role
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center
Deliver a premium client experience, from first interaction to closing the sale
Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and walk-in clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards
Train, guide, and motivate staff to ensure excellence in customer service
Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects the brand's luxury
positioning
Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business and referrals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,017.92 per month
