The Store Executive / Store Assistant will be responsible for the smooth functioning of hospital store operations including material issuance, inventory and stock management, and preparation of Purchase Orders (POs). The role ensures uninterrupted availability of medicines, consumables, and other hospital supplies while maintaining accurate records and compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue consumables, linen, stationery, engineering items, and other hospital materials to departments as per approved indents
Maintain department-wise issuance records (manual & system)
Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all material issues
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and stock registers
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
Follow FIFO/FEFO for consumables and perishable items
Track expiry dates and near-expiry items and report timely
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of store area
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved indents
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and pending orders
Maintain PO records and vendor documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports
Coordinate with nursing, OT, administration, engineering, billing, accounts, and purchase departments
Support internal/external audits and NABH compliance documentation
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of hospital store operations (non-pharmacy)
Inventory & stock management skills
PO making and vendor coordination knowledge
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Hospital ERP)
Good documentation and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
