Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate stock records in
POSist
.
Receive, verify, and record deliveries of F&B and non-F&B materials as per company standards.
Ensure timely issuance of items to kitchen and service teams through POSist.
Conduct daily and monthly stock reconciliations using system reports.
Generate GRNs (Goods Received Notes), indent reports, and consumption summaries in POSist.
Follow
FIFO / FEFO
methods for proper inventory rotation and minimize wastage.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in store areas.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts teams for supplier follow-ups and documentation.
Support internal audits and help maintain compliance with company SOPs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
