Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with product enquiries, and purchases
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized and properly stocked at all times
- Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, including unpacking boxes, labelling products and stocking shelves
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product sales
- Assist with store promotions and sales, including setting up displays and signage
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other store employees to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 15 kilograms
