Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Store Assistant
to support store operations, inventory control, and material management activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse handling, stock monitoring, and coordinating with procurement and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Stock Management
Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of e-bike components and spare parts.
Conduct daily and periodic stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Reconcile discrepancies and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
2. Procurement & Coordination
Coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
Track supplier deliveries and update material records accordingly.
Support vendor and logistics coordination for on-time material receipts.
3. Warehouse Operations & Dispatch
Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain store area cleanliness and safe material handling practices.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and challans.
Track shipments and communicate with teams regarding material movement.
4. Reporting & Support
Maintain inventory reports and documentation in ERP/Excel.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, shortages, and damages.
Coordinate with accounts for stock reconciliation and valuation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration

1-3 years
of experience in
store/inventory management
, preferably in the automotive, EV, or manufacturing sector.
Experience with
ERP systems or inventory software
preferred.
Certifications in
Warehouse Management
or
Supply Chain Management
will be an advantage.
