We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Assistant to join our team at [Paper Mill Company]. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Receive, store, and issue materials and supplies.
2. Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, track inventory movements, and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
3. Store Maintenance: Ensure store area is clean, organized, and safe.
4. Material Handling: Handle and move materials and supplies within the store and to the desired areas.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma/Degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or relevant field.
2. Experience: 1 year experience in inventory management or storekeeping of a paper mill preferred.
3. Skills: Excellent organizational, inventory control, time management, and communication skills.
4. Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and supplies.
