Job Description

Inventory Management:

Receiving, recording, storing, tracking stock, conducting audits, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment.

Customer Service:

Assisting customers, resolving issues, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales & Operations:

Opening/closing store, managing cash registers, organizing displays, preparing reports, and implementing sales strategies.

Team Leadership:

Training, supervising, and motivating store staff.

Store Maintenance:

Ensuring cleanliness, organization, safety, and adherence to visual standards (like 5S).

Reporting:

Preparing sales, inventory, and operational reports for management.
Essential Skills:

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of retail operations and inventory software. Problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
