Key Responsibilities:Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
Motivate and train the sales team to improve performance and meet KPIs.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle high-value customer negotiations and close key sales.
Store Operations
Oversee all daily store activities including inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Ensure stock levels are maintained and coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.
Manage cash handling, billing, and point-of-sale systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
Create work schedules and manage shift planning.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Base Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
