Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
Receive, verify, and store materials properly.
Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock checks and prepare reports.
Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward materials.
Keep the store organized, safe, and clean.
Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in purchasing and store management.
Good knowledge of
stocking methods and material handling

Basic computer skills (MS Office).
