Manage caf store operations, including inventory management, material procurement, and vendor development.
Oversee purchase operations from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Develop strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to store management and purchasing.
Analyze sales data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
