Job Summary:



The Store and Inventory In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and inventory systems. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient stock handling, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management:



Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies.

Store Operations:



Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure proper handling and storage of items. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store layout.

Procurement & Stock Planning:



Coordinate with the respective vendors to replenish stock as needed. Monitor inventory turnover and flag slow-moving or obsolete items. Track usage rates and forecast future inventory requirements.

Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and delivery challans. Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate and up to date.

Team Supervision:



Lead and manage store assistants or warehouse staff. Ensure staff adhere to safety and operational protocols.

Compliance:



Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in inventory/store management, preferably in food industry. Proficient in inventory software (e.g., PetPooja) Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Good communication skills in English, Hindi

Working Conditions:



May require occasional lifting or movement of stock. Working in a warehouse or store environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
