Job Summary:

to manage inventory and store operations for both our hotel and restaurant. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory of all F&B, housekeeping, and general supplies for the hotel and restaurant. Monitor daily stock levels and update records in Excel or inventory software. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods with proper documentation. Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain issue logs. Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the management. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory best practices. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies. Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in hospitality or F&B. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, data entry, etc.). Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Honest, organized, and self-motivated.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
