Job Description

The Store and Dispatch Incharge is responsible for overseeing inventory management, storage, and timely dispatch of goods. This role ensures proper stock control, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between the store and dispatch operations to meet customer and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues of materials. Plan, organize, and supervise daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. Supervise packing, labeling, and loading of goods for dispatch. Plan dispatch schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines. Coordinate with logistics/transport teams to ensure timely delivery. Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO systems for inventory control. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies in store and dispatch activities. Train and guide store/dispatch staff for efficient operations.
