Manage daily operations of the store, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, tools, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
Ensure proper storage practices to avoid material damage and ensure traceability.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
Dispatch Management:
Plan and execute timely dispatches as per customer requirements and production schedules.
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for order planning and fulfillment.
Prepare dispatch documents like invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
Arrange transportation and liaise with transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
Team & Process Management:
Supervise storekeepers, dispatch personnel, and loaders.
Implement and monitor 5S and safety practices in store and dispatch areas.
Improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory and dispatch.
