We are hiring a responsible and experienced Store Admin to manage day-to-day operations at our boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
daily cash management
and maintain accurate cash records
Oversee
billing and transactions
through POS systems
Maintain and manage
store inventory and stock records
Supervise and coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle
customer queries
, complaints, and provide support as needed
Ensure store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising standards
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to sales, expenses, and stock
Coordinate with management on store requirements, orders, and staff needs
Requirements:
Prior experience in
retail store admin or cashier role
preferred
Strong sense of
responsibility, honesty
, and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of computer operations & billing software
Good communication and team management skills
