to manage the financial activities related to inventory, stock movements, and store operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or electronic component distribution and a solid understanding of accounting practices in a store or warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the store and inventory department.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, coordinate stock reconciliation, and ensure proper valuation of stock items.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, inventory reports, and cost analysis statements.
Work closely with the procurement and operations team to ensure accurate recording of purchase orders, GRNs, and invoice matching.
Monitor and control financial transactions to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
Identify and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or an Electronics-related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics sector.
Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, or other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, costing methods, and stock controls.
Familiarity with GST filings, MIS reporting, and internal audits.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
