L2 Storage, L1-L2 Cloud Storage / Filestore, L1-L2 Cloud Ops
Experience and proven exposure with SAN, NAS, and DAS systems, and cloud storage solutions
Experience in managing, securing, and optimizing an organization's data within cloud-based storage platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
Should have managed roles on the Google Cloud Filestore service and maintained the scalable, managed cloud file storage system
Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and securityExposure in configuring and managing network devices and services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related
Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
