Job Summary

The Infra. Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our storage infrastructure ensuring seamless integration and performance. With a focus on Hitachi flash storage and SAN switch administration the role requires a deep understanding of storage solutions and network configurations. The specialist will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts contributing to the companys technological advancement.

Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced M Level with 10+ years of experience in NetApp, Hitachi, Brocade SAN Switches & NetBackup Managing BAU Team, Daily Operations and Technical issues. Good Client interfacing skills. Handling High priority incidents along with RCA preparation and presenting it to the customer Capacity and Vulnerability management. Maintaining NetApp, Hitachi & Brocade SAN Switches Administrative Activities. This includes configuring, Upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting Storage systems. Ensuring high availability and performance & Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix daily Storage issues and provide technical support to resolve the issues. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest Storage technologies and recommend improvements to optimize Storage infrastructure. Additional experience on NetBackup technology to troubleshoot and fix backup related issues Certification(s) in NetApp, Hitachi will be an added advantage. Mentor the team as & when required Good knowledge and exp. in ITIL processes * Follow Hybrid working model
