Expertise in HP 3PAR and NetApp (C-mode/7-mode) storage systems Experience with Primera storage solutions Installation, configuration, administration, and support of storage arrays Hands-on management of SAN/NAS storage devices and SAN switches Experience with storage provisioning, including LUN/volume provisioning, reclaiming, performance tuning, and monitoring Troubleshooting hardware/software issues, patching, and upgrades HP 3PAR, Primera, NetApp (C-mode/7-mode) SAN fabric switches: Cisco and Brocade Zoning, VSANs, FC-IP, ISL setup, merging, and segmentation Protocols: SAN, NAS, FC, FCoE, NFS, CIFS Storage monitoring, alert handling, and notification management Capacity planning, reporting, and forecasting CLI-based management of storage and switches Multi-pathing technology and policy management Performance analysis of storage arrays Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Solaris, and VMware environments Experience resolving complex hardware issues and coordinating with vendors
