Years of Experience= 6+ years Notice Period Immediate to 15 days storage + backup profile Experience in Netapp storage, Rubrik backup and Veeam backup Good understanding of Backup & Storage Technology Worked on backup tools like Rubrik & Veeam (Administration & Configuration) Good experience of NetApp Storage administration Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool & ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Familiar with Jira tool . Monitoring and troubleshooting backup systems. . Commissioning and decommissioning client from backup. . Monitoring backup related alerts through PRTG as well as emails. . Maintaining daily backup troubleshooting report and update with action taken. . Knowledge of backup schedule. . Restoring files/folders. . Raising ticket in ticketing systems for any backup failures. . Backup devices administration . Coordinating with vendor for any hardware failure. Pulling logs from respective device and providing to vendor for review. . Backup devices configuration. . Awareness of compression and deduplication. . Implementing procedures for configuration, layout, and performance tuning of backup infrastructure components. . Storage arrays administration . LUNs provisioning, Zoning. . Implementing procedures for configuration, layout, and performance tuning of storage infrastructure components.
