Handle
inward and outward stock movements
, including verification of quantity and quality.
Ensure proper
storage, labeling, and organization
of inventory as per standards.
Monitor stock levels and support timely
replenishment and purchase requests
.
Coordinate with clinics, vendors, and the accounts team for stock dispatch and receipt.
Maintain stock registers, system entries, and documentation.
Assist in conducting
periodic stock audits and physical verification
.
Report discrepancies, damages, or expiries to the Stockist / Management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company inventory policies.
