Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory levels are up to date.
Forecast stock requirements based on clinic needs and order products in a timely manner.
Ensure all products are stored according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on any delayed or incorrect shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage returns or exchanges of defective items.
Organize and label products and supplies in storage areas for easy access.
Monitor stock levels and expiration dates of medical supplies, ensuring all items are used within their shelf life.
Rotate stock to use older items first (FIFO--First In, First Out).
Ensure that all stock items comply with clinic standards and local health regulations.
Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, usage, and waste.
Assist in ensuring that products and treatments used meet aesthetic and medical standards.
Communicate with clinical and administrative staff about stock levels and the need for new items.
Assist clinic staff with stock-related queries and ensure products are available when needed for treatments.
Provide regular inventory reports to the Clinic Manager, highlighting trends, potential shortages, and items that need reordering.
Keep track of high-demand products and anticipate future stock needs.
