Maintain accurate stock records of all consumables, medicines, injectables, skincare products, and disposables.
Regularly update stock registers / software systems.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Stock Replenishment & Procurement
Raise requisitions for replenishment as per consumption trends.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and distributors for timely deliveries.
Assist in negotiating rates and ensuring cost-effective purchases.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, injectables, and products (e.g., cold chain maintenance).
Check product expiry dates regularly and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
Comply with all regulatory and clinic policies related to storage, usage, and documentation.
Clinic Support
Issue required stock to doctors, therapists, and staff against requisition slips.
Support in preparing treatment rooms with necessary consumables.
Maintain daily usage and wastage records.
Reporting & Audit
Prepare periodic stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Assist in internal and external audits.
Report discrepancies, shortages, or pilferage immediately.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or relevant field
.
Prior experience in
stock keeping / pharmacy / clinic or hospital inventory
preferred.
Knowledge of
MS Office / Inventory Management Software
.
Experience 1-2 years
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive products (medicines, injectables) with care.
Good communication and coordination skills.
