Job Description

Transaction Management

: Process customer payments accurately using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Cash Handling

: Manage a cash drawer, provide correct change, and balance the till at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies.

Customer Service

: Greet customers, answer questions about menu items and pricing, resolve complaints, and ensure a welcoming experience.

Order Coordination

: Assist with taking or packaging takeout orders and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Sales and Promotions

: Inform customers about current promotions, loyalty programs, or new menu items, and upsell products when appropriate.

Cleanliness

: Maintain a clean and organized checkout and counter area.
