Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Stock Trader

to manage the buying and selling of stocks and other securities on behalf of the firm or its clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and trading strategies, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute buy and sell orders in equities, options, or other financial instruments. Analyze market trends, news, and financial data to inform trading decisions. Monitor trading positions and market movements in real-time. Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm guidelines. Develop and test trading strategies using technical and fundamental analysis. Maintain detailed records of transactions and performance. Collaborate with analysts, portfolio managers, and other traders. Use trading software and platforms to monitor markets and place trades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 63, CFA) preferred or required, depending on jurisdiction. Proven experience in trading or financial markets. Strong analytical, mathematical, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, MetaTrader, Thinkorswim). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
