Job Title: Stock Supervisor - Production & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Stock Supervisor to manage and control the inventory related to production and maintenance operations. The candidate should have solid experience in inventory management, spare parts handling, and coordination with the production and maintenance departments to ensure the availability of critical stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage stock of raw materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts for production and maintenance.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or manual systems.

Monitor stock levels and generate timely requisitions to avoid shortages.

Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast inventory needs.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.

Track movement of parts and maintain issue/receipt registers.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.

Liaise with purchase and store departments for procurement and delivery.

Minimize wastage, overstocking, and pilferage through proper stock control.

Maintain documentation for ISO/IATF or other audits.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in stock/inventory supervision in a production or maintenance environment.

Strong understanding of spare parts and consumables used in maintenance operations.

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical components (preferred).

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in any discipline

Certification in inventory or store management is a plus
