Handle sales of financial/advisory products & services.
Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Explain stock market products, investment plans, and trading strategies to clients.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the research team to provide clients with relevant insights.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 6 month of experience in sales within the
stock market domain
Must have worked in an
advisory / broking Firm
.
Strong understanding of
equity, derivatives, and financial markets
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets.
Self-motivated, with a result-oriented approach.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance background preferred).

Salary: Competitive, with hike on last drawn salary
Attractive incentives based on performance.
(Employees achieving 50% of their monthly target will be eligible for a 5% incentive, while those achieving 100% of the target will receive a 10% incentive).
