At Stock Pathshala, we are building one of India's fastest-growing platforms for stock market learning and mentorship. Our mission is simple -- to make high-quality financial education accessible, practical, and impactful for retail investors across the country.

We are the only platform in the country that offers Profitable Mentors with NISM certifications and SEBI licenses.

We're now expanding our sales team and looking for driven professionals who can connect with learners, understand their aspirations, and guide them towards the right programs.

What this role is about

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential learners. You will speak to individuals who have already shown interest in our programs, understand their needs, and help them see the value of structured stock market education.

This is not about one-time selling -- it's about building trust, offering clarity, and helping clients take the next step in their learning journey.

What you will do

Reach out to warm leads (no cold calling) and explain our mentorship programs and subscription plans.

Ask the right questions to understand client goals and recommend suitable options.

Understand the specifics of what the client is looking to learn and where exactly is he/she on the trading curve.

Handle end-to-end sales conversations: from first call to successful enrollment.

Keep in touch with interested learners through regular follow-ups.

Maintain records and track progress in the CRM.

What we are looking for

Understanding of the stock market: You should decent understanding of trading, investing, options etc. Personal trading experience will be a strong advantage.

Sales background: 1-2 years of outbound calling experience, ideally in edtech, digital services, or subscription-based products.

Strong communication skills: Comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English, clear, persuasive, and confident in conversations.

Target orientation: A self-driven mindset with the ability to stay focused until results are achieved.

Comfort with technology: Ability to use CRM tools, manage call logs, and adapt to virtual sales processes.
