Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital platforms, referrals, and on-field initiatives.
Engage with company-provided leads to convert them into active partners and associates.
Acquire new Authorized Persons (APs), Sub-Brokers, Business Associates, and Channel Partners to strengthen business expansion.
Provide comprehensive setup and operational support to existing Authorized Persons for seamless business execution.
Achieve assigned business growth and revenue targets in line with organizational objectives.
Present and articulate business proposals and partnership models effectively to potential prospects.
Develop and customize business solutions based on each prospect's needs and market potential.
Maintain accurate, real-time records of all client interactions and progress within the CRM system.
