You own the counselling journey end-to-end

discover goals ? recommend the right program ? ensure smooth enrolment ? happy handover

to the academic team.

demos, conversions, revenue, and learner satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities (What You'll Do)



Counselling & Advisory

Conduct

discovery calls

to assess

current knowledge, risk profile, time availability, and goals

. Map prospects to the

right track (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)

and explain

outcomes, timelines, and mentorship

.

Explain value clearly

(curriculum, support, community, outcomes) and handle

objections

(fees, time, ROI, "Is this right for me?").

Lead Management & Conversion

Manage all channels:

Inbound calls, WhatsApp, Email, Webinar/LP leads

. Maintain

speed-to-lead within 5-10 minutes

, schedule

demos

, ensure

show-ups

, and

close

. Keep

CRM 100% updated

(notes, stages, tasks) and follow

cadenced follow-ups

(Day 0/1/3/7). Hit weekly/monthly targets on

contacts made, demos, conversions, and revenue

Community & Events

Represent BBC in

webinars, workshops, orientations

; lead/assist

live Q&A

. Share

success stories

and encourage

trial classes/demos

to build

trust

Team Collaboration

Work with

Sales/Marketing

Strong grasp

market basics, trading styles (delivery/intraday/derivatives), and investment products

Bachelor's

Commerce/Finance/Business

(or related).

Excellent communication in Hindi & English

regional language is a plus

Energetic, empathetic, persuasive, and target-driven
