QuickMed is seeking a diligent Stock & Inventory Management Executive to manage day-to-day medicine and consumable stock in the pharmacy. The role involves receiving and checking supplies, updating stock in the system, tracking expiries, preventing stock?outs, and supporting the Pharmacy In?Charge to ensure smooth store operations and accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate should be experienced, systematic, and disciplined, with strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.?
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and GRN all incoming medicines and supplies against purchase orders and invoices.
Enter and update stock in the pharmacy software, ensuring batch, expiry, MRP, and quantity are accurate.
Monitor daily/weekly stock levels and generate reorder lists to avoid stock?outs and over?stocking.?
Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly stock audits, reconcile physical vs system stock, and report variances.
Track near?expiry and slow?moving items, coordinate with the Pharmacy In?Charge for return, transfer, or liquidation.?
Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO issue, and segregation of quarantined/expired/damaged stock.
Coordinate with suppliers and purchase team for timely delivery, shortages, and replacement of damaged/expired goods.?
Maintain organized stockroom shelving and bin?location system for easy retrieval and fast counter service.?
Prepare basic inventory MIS reports (stock position, expiry list, non?moving items) and share with management.
Assist pharmacy team during rush hours with packing, labeling, and basic billing support as required.?
Qualification and experience
Qualification:
B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Com / Any Graduate with strong pharmacy inventory exposure
Additional certification in inventory / supply chain will be an added advantage.?
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Hospital or Retail Pharmacy inventory/stock management (mandatory).
Hands?on experience with pharmacy billing / inventory software and Excel.
