Job Summary



The

Store Manager

will be responsible for efficiently managing all materials and inventory at the

Maestro Residences

project site. This includes overseeing stock in/out, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely issuance of materials to contractors. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in site-level inventory control for construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities



Manage and monitor the complete material stock at the project site, ensuring proper storage and documentation. Maintain daily records of

stock inward and outward

, ensuring that all entries are accurately logged in the register and digital system. Oversee the

receiving, inspection, and verification

of incoming materials as per purchase orders. Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials, preventing damage or wastage. Issue materials to site engineers or contractors as per approved material requisition slips. Track and reconcile physical stock with recorded inventory regularly. Coordinate with the

purchase department

for replenishment of materials and update on low stock levels. Ensure timely delivery of materials to work locations as per project schedules. Maintain documentation such as delivery challans, material receipts, issue slips, and return records. Prepare periodic

stock reports

for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety norms within the store premises.

Requirements



Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Experience:

2 years of experience in

store or inventory management

at a construction project site.

Skills:

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (site engineers, purchase, contractors).

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with construction materials and their specifications. Ability to work at project sites and manage store operations independently. Integrity and accountability in material handling and reporting.
