Key Responsibilities
Manage hearing aid stock as per last 3 months' sales data
Ensure availability of fast-moving stock
Prepare
weekly stock reports
(consumption, shortage, excess)
Conduct
monthly stock audits
and track pending GRNs
Follow
FIFO & LIFO
practices
Handle stock exchange and inter-branch transfers
Daily cash handling, invoicing, bill books, and cash deposits
Support front office operations, calls, and patient deliveries
Coordinate with HO and Branch Head for purchases and reporting
Handle courier dispatch, stationery purchase, and basic clinic maintenance
Assist with documentation, filing, and doctor visit coordination
Skills & Requirements
Experience in
stock/inventory or store operations
Basic knowledge of
billing, accounts, and reporting
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
