: Monitoring and controlling safety and security concerns, and ensuring staff adhere to safety standards

Planning and assigning work

: Planning and assigning work schedules, tasks, and resources for the yard staff

Quality assurance

: Overseeing staff activities to ensure the quality of service is being rendered

Reporting

: Preparing, submitting, modifying, and keeping updates for unit reports

Human resources

: Coordinating the allocation of human resources according to workload and processing time

Knowledge management

: Supervising the knowledge management part among the staff
