Job Summary:

The Stock Incharge is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory using the eShopaid system. This role includes overseeing stock inward/outward, ensuring data accuracy, conducting physical stock checks, and preventing stock discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital inventory tools and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily stock entries in

eShopaid

for all purchases, sales, returns, and transfers. Monitor and update stock levels to ensure accurate system data at all times. Perform

daily and monthly physical stock verification

and reconcile with eShopaid records. Supervise the inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring documentation is complete and correct. Raise alerts for low stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/supply team for replenishments. Classify and organize stock properly in the storage area with correct labeling. Generate

stock reports from eShopaid

for management review and decision-making. Identify and report damaged, expired, or missing items immediately. Ensure FIFO/FEFO methods are followed for inventory handling. Coordinate with the billing and sales team to track inventory flow. Maintain hygiene, safety, and security of the stockroom.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
