Job Description

Petals Preschool and Daycare Required a Stock Incharge with the proven experience of Stock Management, Loading-Unloading records & Service Delivery. 2-3 years of experience is sufficient to apply kindly, send cv's on 8800650053.

Store Operations:

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Inventory Management:

Managing inventory levels, tracking stock, coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment, and minimizing stock discrepancies. This includes utilizing inventory management software busy or tally.

Staff Management:

Supervising, training, and motivating store staff, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive working experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in a stock management role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Tally or Busy. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
