Key Responsibilities
Conduct
physical stock verification
at stores/warehouses
Match physical stock with system/ERP/Tally records
Identify shortages, excess stock, and mismatches
Prepare
stock audit reports
and variance analysis
Monitor inward, outward, and damaged stock
Ensure compliance with internal audit procedures
Coordinate with store managers, accounts, and operations teams
Suggest process improvements to control stock losses
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Experience in
Stock Audit / Inventory Audit
(Retail preferred)
Knowledge of
Tally, Excel, ERP systems
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Willingness to travel for audits
Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
